What's your return policy?
The OPE Tees will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per The OPE Tees discretion) and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 60 days of receipt.
Eligible refunds made within 60 days after receipt will be credited for the item's purchase price in the original form of payment.

Why is a product labeled preorder and why is it less expensive?
We offer a significant preorder discount on products that have been approved to produce but are not yet in stock. Generally, a preorder product will be available to ship within a few weeks as it makes its way through the production cycle. To compensate customers’, wait time, we offer the preorder discount.

Will you be getting ______ back in stock?
We release new products all the time; sometimes that means that older designs are recycled to make room for our newest designs. Any items no longer on the site are out of production. We advise you to fill out a hurt feelings report, and standby for your next favorite shirt to appear. Sometimes you will find that your size is currently sold out. Don't worry we got you covered! If we plan on restocking that size, just click the button below the size selection that says "Email when available", once we get that size back in stock you will be the first to know!

Can I use The OPE Tees Rewards on licensed tees, customs, or bundles?
That would be a no. Coupons and discounts are good on everything else though!

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
Our systems only allow one coupon per purchase.

Can I use a coupon on a Preorder?
Unfortunately, while the product is still on Preorder no discounts will be provided.

Can I use a coupon on a Mystery shirt?
At this cheap price, no other discounts will apply. We have to keep the lights on!

Do coupons work on The OPE Tees Limited customs?
Unfortunately, coupons may not be used on OTLS. You are welcome to use them on many of our other products!

Are The OPE Tees items made in the U.S.?
Some shirts are 100% made in America, and all use 100% American-grown cotton. Some shirts are assembled outside of the U.S. to keep costs down (they are assembled in the Americas). All are designed, printed, packaged and shipped from our Wisconsin headquarters.

My order says “pending.” What does that mean?
Your order is being processed.

The item I wanted is out of stock. What do I do?
If the listing is still there, we will likely reproduce it.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. If you have trouble navigating the checkout process for international shipments, contact Customer Service.

Where’s my return?
Likely still shipping to us. We’ll contact you via email as soon as we receive the item and are processing it.

My Store Credit/Gift Card Code is not working. What do I do?
Contact Customer Service for help with processing Gift Cards and Store Credit.

Do you carry Tall or Large sizes?
